Revoke a teammate's access and understand what happens to their work.

    Remove access

When a teammate leaves the team, changes role, or shouldn't have visibility anymore, the workspace owner can revoke access at any time.

    Revoking a teammate

    1. Open Settings β†’ Team.
    2. Find the teammate in the list.
    3. Click Remove access (or use the row's menu).
    4. Confirm.

Effect is immediate: the teammate is signed out from the workspace on their next request, the shared sites disappear from their site switcher, and any pending email reports for them are cancelled.

    What stays, what goes

When you remove a teammate, nothing is deleted from your data:

    • Prompts, competitors, cities, tags, reports, and segments they created remain in the workspace and continue to function normally.
    • Historical measurement runs, dashboards, and exports are untouched.
    • Settings they changed stay as-is β€” removal does not roll back history.

    What is removed:

    • Their access to view or edit any site in the workspace.
    • Their automated email reports for those sites.
    • Their API session tokens for the workspace (they'll need to re-authenticate if they're ever re-invited).

The teammate's personal GeoBubbles account is not deleted β€” they keep the account itself, they simply no longer have access to your workspace.

    Removing per-site access only

If you want a teammate to keep workspace access but lose access to one specific site, don't remove them β€” instead, open their row in Settings β†’ Team and uncheck that site. They retain access to the remaining sites.

    Re-inviting later

You can re-invite a removed teammate at any time using the same email. Access (with whatever sites and role you pick) will be restored on their next sign-in.
