Per-site access
Access in GeoBubbles is granted per site, not blanket-across-the-workspace. This lets agencies, multi-brand companies, and shared-team setups give each teammate exactly the visibility they need β no more, no less.
How it works
When you invite a teammate from Settings β Team, you pick one of:
- All sites β the teammate sees every current site in the workspace, and any site you add later is granted to them automatically.
- Selected sites β pick one or more specific sites from the list. The teammate only sees those sites in their site switcher; everything else in the workspace is invisible to them.
The same teammate can have different roles on different sites is not currently supported β the role (Read or Read/Write) applies to every site they have access to. If you need a teammate to be read-only on one site and editor on another, they currently get the more permissive role across all assigned sites.
Adjusting access later
From Settings β Team, open any teammate's row to:
- Add a site to their access list.
- Remove a site from their access list (they keep access to the others).
- Change their role across all their assigned sites.
Changes take effect immediately on their next page navigation; no re-invite is needed.
What teammates can see across sites
A teammate only sees:
- The sites they have explicit access to (the site switcher hides everything else).
- Dashboards, prompts, reports, and exports for those sites.
They never see:
- Other workspace sites, even by name.
- Billing, plan, or workspace-wide settings.
- The full teammate list (only the owner can see and manage it).
