Language settings
The GeoBubbles interface is available in three languages: English (en), German (de), and Spanish (es).
How to change the language
- Open the user menu in the top-right corner of the app.
- Click the Language option.
- Pick one of the three languages.
The change applies instantly β no reload needed β and the URL updates with the new locale prefix (/en/..., /de/..., /es/...). Your choice is remembered per browser.
You can also switch language directly in the URL: replace the locale segment, e.g. /en/help/account/profile β /de/help/account/profile.
What is translated
| Area | Translated |
|---|---|
| App UI (labels, menus, dialogs) | Yes |
| Help center & blog | Yes |
| Marketing pages | Yes |
| Email notifications | Yes |
| Generated prompt content | No β prompts are generated in the site's target language (set per site), not your UI language |
| LLM responses | No β returned in the language the LLM chose, usually matching the prompt |
| GSC keywords & GBP reviews | No β shown as captured from the source |
This separation is intentional: your interface language is a personal preference, while the language used inside prompts and measurements must match the market you are tracking.
Per-site language
Each site has its own target locale (country + language) configured during site setup. That setting controls:
- The language of generated prompts.
- The country code sent to DataForSEO for SERP and search-volume queries.
- The native-language location hint injected into LLM prompts.
You can run a Spanish-targeted site while using the German UI, or any other combination.
Requesting a new language
We add languages based on customer demand. If you would like GeoBubbles in another language (French, Italian, Portuguese, etc.), contact support β we can usually add a new locale within a few weeks once there is a clear use case.
