Getting started with GeoBubbles takes less than two minutes. This guide walks through every step.

1. Sign up

Head to the signup page and choose one of two options:

• Email + password — enter your work email and a strong password (min. 8 characters, mix of letters, numbers and a symbol).
• Continue with Google — one-click signup using your Google Workspace or personal Google account. We only request your name, email and avatar.

2. Verify your email

If you signed up with email + password, we send a verification link to your inbox. Click it to activate your account.

• The link is valid for 24 hours.
• Didn't receive it? Check spam, then click Resend verification on the login screen.
• Google signups are pre-verified — you can skip this step.

3. Complete your profile

After your first login you land on the profile setup screen. Fill in:

• Full name — used in reports, team invites and email notifications.
• Company — optional, displayed in shared reports.
• Timezone — defaults to Europe/Zurich; pick yours so daily metrics align with your working day.
• Language — English, German or Spanish. You can switch any time from Account → Language.

4. Add your first site

Once your profile is saved, you are redirected to the Add Site dialog automatically. From there, follow the New Site Setup guide.

Troubleshooting

• "Email already in use" — you probably signed up previously. Use Forgot password to recover access.
• Google login fails with "provider not enabled" — clear cookies and retry. If it persists, contact support.
• Verification email never arrives — check spam, then add noreply@geobubbles.com to your safe senders.
