How often does data update?
GeoBubbles refreshes your visibility data on a recurring biweekly cycle by default. Each cycle runs 3 iterations per prompt, and the dashboard surfaces the average of those iterations so single-run noise is smoothed out.
What runs when
- LLM checks (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews) β every iteration of the cycle.
- SEO / SERP checks (organic rank, AI Overviews, PAA, featured snippets, local pack) β once per cycle (on the first iteration), since SERP results don't fluctuate enough across a few hours to justify repeated identical pulls.
- Daily ops (Search Console sync, prompt quality watchdog, data-quality audit, gap detection) β run on their own daily crons regardless of the measurement cycle.
Time zone
All scheduling and metric dates are aligned to Europe/Zurich (UTC+2). The dashboard's "last updated" timestamp reflects the most recent completed cycle for the site you're viewing.
Trial accounts
Free trials run a single iteration per prompt instead of three, so you see results faster but with less averaging. Paid plans automatically switch to the full 3-iteration cycle.
Can I trigger an early run?
No β manual or on-demand runs are not available. Every site runs on an automated schedule anchored to the timing of its first run: from that starting point, the next cycle is dispatched automatically one cadence period later, and so on. This keeps each site's data points evenly spaced and directly comparable over time, without users having to manage timing themselves.
