Invite teammates

GeoBubbles is built for teams. SEO leads, content owners, agencies, and stakeholders can all share the same workspace so everyone reads the same numbers.

Sending an invite

1. Open Settings → Team.
2. Enter the teammate's email address.
3. Pick a role: Read or Read/Write (see Roles).
4. Select which sites the teammate should have access to. You can grant access to one, several, or all sites — see Per-site access.
5. Click Send invite.

The teammate receives a branded email from GeoBubbles with a one-click accept link.

Accepting an invite

When the invitee clicks the link in the email:

• If they already have a GeoBubbles account with that email, the shared sites appear in their site switcher immediately after login.
• If they don't have an account yet, they're taken to a sign-up page pre-filled with the invited email. After they complete sign-up and verify the email, the shared sites are attached to their account automatically.

Invites are tied to the exact email address you sent them to. If a teammate signs up with a different address, the invite won't match — re-send to the address they actually use.

Pending invites

Pending invites are listed in Settings → Team with a status indicator. You can resend or revoke any pending invite that hasn't been accepted yet. Revoking before acceptance simply removes the invite — no access is ever granted.

Billing

Adding teammates does not consume LLM measurement quota or prompt slots — quotas are tied to your plan, not to seat count. There is no per-seat surcharge on standard plans.
