GeoBubbles for Agencies

    GeoBubbles For Agencies

Run every client's SEO and AI visibility from one account. One credit bucket, split however you want. One white-labeled dashboard, branded as yours.

Why agencies outgrow a single-brand plan

A Local, Regional, or Global GeoBubbles plan is built around one brand watching its own visibility. An agency isn't one brand — it's a portfolio of them, with budgets that shift month to month: a new client onboards, a seasonal client scales back, a pitch needs a one-off audit before the contract is even signed. Buying and re-buying separate single-brand plans for every client doesn't flex with that, and it puts your agency's name nowhere on the report your client actually sees.

GeoBubbles For Agencies is the same tracking engine — SEO rankings, LLM citation monitoring across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude, the geo map, PromptIQ, the recommendation engine — reorganized around how an agency actually operates: many sites, one pool of capacity, your brand on every report.

The three things that change for agencies

    01

    Multi-site management

Every client site lives as its own workspace inside one agency account — its own prompt set, its own geo map, its own competitors — switchable from a single portfolio view instead of logging into (and paying for) a separate account per client.

    02

    Update frequency, tuned per client

Standalone plans check visibility on GeoBubbles' standard cadence. Agency accounts can turn that dial per site: monthly for a slow-moving retainer client, weekly for an active campaign, or daily for a client in a launch window or a competitive sprint where a citation shift needs to be caught the same day it happens.

    03

    One credit bucket, freely distributed

Instead of a fixed prompt allowance per site, the agency buys one pool of credits and decides how it's split — 60% to your biggest retainer, a thin slice to a client just getting started, a short burst to a prospect you're pitching. Reallocate anytime as client budgets and priorities shift, without upgrading or downgrading anyone's individual plan. This is also what makes reselling viable: your cost is the size of the bucket, not a per-client subscription, so your margin is whatever you charge each client on top.

    How the credit bucket works

    Step 1

    Buy a bucket

Agency plans are sized by total monitoring capacity (prompts × LLM platforms × check frequency) rather than by a fixed country/prompt count per brand.

    Step 2

    Split it across sites

Assign each client site a slice of the bucket — the number of prompts tracked and how often (monthly/weekly/daily) determines how fast that slice draws down.

    Step 3

    Rebalance anytime

Move capacity from a paused client to a new one, or temporarily boost a client running a campaign, without touching billing.

    Step 4

Bill your clients however you want

GeoBubbles doesn't set client-facing pricing — what you charge each client for their slice of the bucket, and the markup you keep, is entirely up to the agency.

Example: a 50,000-credit agency bucket could run one flagship client at daily checks across all four LLM platforms, four mid-size clients at weekly checks, and hold a reserve for one-off pitch audits — reallocated every month as the roster changes.

    White-label reporting and dashboards

Every report and dashboard a client sees can carry the agency's brand instead of GeoBubbles':

    Agency logo and color scheme

    On dashboards and PDF exports.

    Branded automated monthly reports

The existing report engine, sent under your name.

    Custom Report Builder

Drag-and-drop cards, saved templates, shareable links — usable per client and shareable with a link that shows your branding, not GeoBubbles'.

    Executive / C-level dashboard views

    For client stakeholders, still white-labeled.

Everything else that carries over from the core product

Agency workspaces get the full GeoBubbles feature set per site — nothing is stripped down:

    • SEO ranking + LLM citation tracking across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude
    • Geo map visibility, country-to-city drill-down, competitor heatmaps
    • PromptIQ prompt quality scoring (Healthy / Watch / Low) and auto-suggested replacements
    • AI Prompt Generator, with 1-click translation across sites and locales (30+ languages)
    • Predictive analytics and forecasting
    • Competitive analysis, share-of-voice, and gap detection
    • AI-powered strategic recommendations, prioritized by impact
    • Google Search Console integration with 5-year retention
    • Natural-language data queries ("which pages lost the most clicks last month?")

Built for how agencies actually sell and run accounts

    Winning the pitch

Run a quick visibility snapshot on a prospect before the first call, so you're walking in with their AI visibility gaps already mapped instead of pitching in the abstract.

    Running the retainer

A client's monthly report goes out under your name, on your schedule, without anyone on your team manually compiling it.

    Reallocating on the fly

A client pauses for the summer, a new client signs; move their credit slice instead of juggling separate subscriptions.

    On the roadmap

Not live yet — flagged for build

The agency category has converged on a few patterns GeoBubbles doesn't have yet. Worth building toward, in rough priority order based on what shows up across Peec AI, GeoScout, Georion, and Semrush's agency offerings:

    Branded client portal

A login where clients see their own dashboard directly (not a shared PDF/link), under a custom domain, with zero GeoBubbles branding anywhere in the UI.

    Per-workspace team roles

Admin / editor / viewer permissions scoped to each client site, so junior team members can be given access to one client without seeing the whole portfolio.

    Shared prompt & competitor libraries

A template library an agency builds once (by vertical, e.g. "local dental practice starter set") and reuses across similar clients instead of rebuilding prompt sets from scratch each time.

    Bulk client onboarding

CSV/API import of client sites instead of adding them one at a time.

    Referral or reseller credit-back

A small credit-back or commission when a managed site upgrades its own allocation, the way Georion structures its affiliate incentive.

API / MCP access for agencies

Programmatic pull of visibility data across the whole portfolio, so an agency can push GeoBubbles data into its own reporting stack. (Directly related to the MCP server work already scoped separately — the agency-tier tools described there, like multi-workspace querying and shareable read-only report links, are the natural fit here.)

    SSO / SAML

For larger agencies with existing identity providers, gating this to higher agency tiers the way most of the category does.

    Suggested plan structure

    Draft — needs pricing sign-off

Not final copy — a starting shape based on how the credit-bucket model plays out against GeoBubbles' existing Local/Regional/Global tiers, for whoever sets pricing.

     Agency StarterAgency GrowthAgency Scale

    Update frequency ceilingweeklydailydaily
    White-label reporting
    Custom domain / logo removal
    Client portal✓ (roadmap)

Whether this is priced as a flat bucket fee (Georion-style: fixed software cost, agency sets client pricing freely) or as tiered annual credit packs (Peec AI-style) is a real decision — both models exist in the category and pull agencies differently. Flagging for a separate pricing conversation rather than guessing here.
